I am an experienced event organiser. I have organised nearly 300 seminars, and took a lead role in planning and implementing several large scale conferences and exhibitions. These two-day events required a high level of organisation and logistic skills.
I am an organised individual who can work under pressure independently or as part of a team. I understand the importance of customer service and excel in communicating via email, on the telephone or in person.
The skills I have acquired within event planning are delegate bookings, communicating with delegates, liaising with speakers, venue sourcing and negotiation, liaising with venues, sourcing Audio Visual professionals and producing delegate materials.
As well as event planning, I offer administration services to small businesses and sole traders. I am proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. I have used CRM Systems in the past and I am currently learning to use Salesforce. I can offer services such as diary and email management, blogging, letter writing, email marketing, proof-reading, creating databases, posting on social media, travel and hotel arrangements.
With extensive experience in the Banking industry and Not for Profit Sector, managing offices and managing large projects, I am adept at building genuine relationships with customers and colleagues as well as helping my clients reduce stress whilst expanding their businesses.
