Level 7 Expertise Ltd is a Small Enterprise based in East Northamptonshire and was established as a trading entity in July 2016. Our area of work is primarily in management consultancy and training, with specialist expertise in cyber, information assurance, systems / capability analysis and resilience assessment. Having established ourselves in the Defence Sector, we are now bringing our pedigree, expertise and extensive network to bear on working with local and regional government, academia, local companies and national industry sectors such as Energy, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing.
Our team is drawn from a variety of military and government agency backgrounds, with extensive industry and commercial experience. Each of us has been in situations lacking the right equipment, IT, communications and support, and as such we are motivated to making a difference to our clients’ capabilities and improving the lot of ‘front line’ individual. Our offerings include: management training in resilience and cyber impacts, specialist subject matter expertise in cyber, intelligence, ICT, systems engineering and unmanned aerial systems (“drones”).
We are attracted to the hard, difficult, demanding situations, and highly aggressive timelines. We challenge the norm, having faith in our people and the teams they work with to achieve astounding results. External consultancy is expensive and hard to justify, especially when projects are difficult and money is a driving factor; therefore, we MUST add value and help our clients achieve their aims. We walk every step of the pathway to recovery or success with our customers, and believe that if they achieve their targets, we can be satisfied in a job well done.
Finally, we believe that our business should give us the freedom to support the things that matter to us and to our communities. In our first year of trading we supported Royal Air Forces Association and MacMillan Cancer Trust charities, and events with the RAF Wyton Area Voluntary Band. Our staff give up their free time without any financial reward or credit. We are supporters of the Armed Forces Covenant and were awarded a Bronze award by the presiding committee in recognition of our commitment to serving members and veterans of our Armed Forces. We sponsored an arts event at the University of Central Lancashire, investing our profit into the futures of six young people as they completed their final year of study and prepared to transition into the arts industry. We also provided sponsorship to the Stilton Group of Churches, to support their “twinning” anniversary event, with representation from their opposite numbers in in France. We feel it is important to have our roots firmly embedded in our communities, and put back in what we can to make the difference needed.
